Founding Partner/CEO

Graylan Wills is a founding partner of Ai Insurance Services and he serves as Broker in Charge of this full service, insurance agency with offices in multiple states. Graylan started in the insurance industry with Farmers Insurance specializing in Commercial and Financial Services and he carries many licenses including his securities license for the last 20 years. While in the business, he has received many awards including the Championship designation several times. Championship is awarded to Brokers who are in the top 3% in the nation. While in the insurance industry has owned and operated several agencies both captive and non-captive.

In 2016, he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Then in 2008 opened Ai Insurance Services as a sister company. Prior to entering the private sector, Graylan was a member of the United States Air Force for 7 years. Graylan was certified in Law Enforcement and Counter Terrorism.

Graylan attended Edison College studying criminal justice in South Florida, prior to entering The United States Air Force. Graylan has 3 Daughters and spends his personal time with family and traveling the world.

Founding Partner/President

Trey Zimmerman, is a founding partner and President of Ai Insurance Services. He manages a full service, insurance agency with offices in multiple states. He is originally a Property and Casualty Specialist where he directs operations and manages large commercial insurance portfolios, and policies with values in excess of $300 million dollars.

For over 15 years, Trey has also been a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, where he conducts brokerage in sales, as well as commercial leases. He has completed a single transaction in excess of $48 million dollars and has been awarded and named into Coldwell Banker Commercial’s prestigious “Circle of Distinction.”

Prior to entering the private sector, Trey worked for The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources in The Office of Public Affairs where he worked on legislation, media relations, education and initiatives to protect and enhance the natural resources of the state.

Trey is a graduate of The College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications. Trey is also a veteran who served worldwide in The United States Air Force. Trey is an avid outdoorsman and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Brent Case, CCIM has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and is President and Broker in Charge of Charleston’s largest commercial real estate company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. Brent specializes in Retail Brokerage in Sales, Leasing, Tenant Representation and Development services throughout the coastal South Carolina markets however has extensive experience in Multifamily, Office and Land Acquisitions.

Brent has been a prominent figure in the Charleston Commercial Real Estate community and has been awarded many prestigious accolades over his career including Commercial Realtor of the Year, CCIM Region Vice President, and Commercial Realtor of the Year. Brent has also been an active member in the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and headed their Leadership Charleston program. Brent has been awarded Broker of the year and Circle of Distinction over the past 10 years.   He has also been awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial #1 Sales Professional by State every year since 2012 and has been awarded top 2% globally as well.  Brent also serves on the National Advisory Board for Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate, an Executive Committee Member for the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS and is the Chairman for the North Charleston Business Expo.

Currently, Brent has been leading the company in the development of three shopping centers totaling over 100,000 SF. Brent has managed all aspects and processes of the development cycle, including site selection, contract negotiations, due diligence requirements, design, financing, construction, property and asset management. His development experience adds an immense amount of knowledge and understanding to the local permitting agencies often needed to assure the success of complicated sales and lease transaction. Brent has also been the exclusive Real Estate agent for many National Brands Retail Tenants including The UPS Store, Sport Clips, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Brent also is a Principle in Tenant Development Company LLC and is Principle in the insurance company Ai Insurance Services LLC which has offices in Charleston, Charlotte and Houston. He currently resides in James Island with his lovely wife, Katie, and their two sons, Jack and William.
